A 50 year old patient presented with severe abdominal pain. Ct scan showed a coincidential finding of a pancreatico-duodenal aneurysm, secondary to a coeliac trunc stenosis.

After multidisciplinary discussion between vascular surgeons, general surgeon and radiologist, a combined approach of laparascopic abdominal arcuate ligament release, followed by a coeliac trunk stenting was performed.

In the same surgery, the patient’s coeliac trunk was stented and the aneurysm was obliterrated through coil placement.
